A YinMama® Guidance Session combines Traditional Chinese Medicine, Coaching and various healing techniques such as acupressure tapping and crystal sound bowls, to inspire, support and help you to create balance within your own mind, body and life.
Sessions are 60min and held digitally over zoom. So you can book anytime from anywhere, and enjoy it from the comfort of your own home. In Norwegian or English.

About Tori and Guidance Sessions
As an acupuncturist, wellness coach, yoga Instructor, writer and mother, i’m passionate about helping women create more balance and calm within themselves and in their life.
I believe that when we take moments out of our busy day to tune in, nurture, love and care for ourselves, we can feel so much more relaxed, present and happy, and in turn have so much more to give back to those we love and the things we want and need to do.
However with long to do lists, hectic schedules and a fair dose of everyday stress, I know how challenging it can be to find the time for or know how to create the balance we need for our health and well-being.
I have always been sensitive to energy, being able to feel and see it in ways most people cant. And through combining my 12 years of professional knowledge and personal experience within health and wellness, my aim with these one to one guidance sessions is to help you map out some of the underlying imbalances you may have, help re-balance your bodys energy, and guide you to what simple changes in your everyday life you can take to benefit your health and well-being.

A Guidance Session explained step by step:
We begin the Guidance Session by talking about what it is you wold like my help with. Where are you now in your life and what are some of your struggles.
Then I ask you some questions and do an energy reading where I look at your aura to get a sense of your energy map out any underlying imbalances you may have related to what you wish to have my help with.
Then we have a lovely conversation where I share insights and guidance to help you move forward in your desired direction.
I answer any questions you may have and I share some simple and practical tools and self-care tips that you can do to continue creating your own balance.
This could be sharing daily habits and routines that can allow for less stress, more balance, ease and joy in a busy everyday life, or simple mantras, acupressure points, essential oil blends and/or crystals tailored to your specific need.
Before we end the session I help to re-balance your bodys energy through a gentle crystal bowl sound meditation to help calm your mind and nervous system, and help the free flow of energy. Sometimes I also show you how you can use acupressure points on yourself to re-balance your energy if needed.
After a Guidance Session you can expect to feel very relaxed, supported and inspired. With a deeper insight and understanding of where you are now and how to move forward, with tools and simple actions steps that you can take to continue creating your ideal balance and calm to feel your best.
